How is lounge pass redemption controlled?
How is lounge pass redemption controlled?
The prepaid pool is the cap. Every purchase passes an explicit approval before stock is loaded, every issuance draws the pool down by exactly one, counters never go negative and a failed creation never consumes stock.
What happens when a pass is used?

The lounge records the visit and the pass turns redeemed. A redeemed pass is complete, so issue a new pass from your inventory when the cardholder needs another visit.
What happens to passes when a card is blocked, frozen, replaced or deleted?
What happens to passes when a card is blocked, frozen, replaced or deleted?
Block and freeze disable the passes on that card. Unfreezing restores the passes when the cardholder or client unfreezes the card, while unblocking a blocked card requires Reap support. Delete and replace expire the passes permanently. Only the target card is affected, and nothing changes if the card operation fails. The lifecycle page maps every transition.
